Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage, returns are limited and reviewed case by case.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damage or fulfillment errors within 7 days of delivery with photos and your batch number.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, or temperature-compromised vials cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Resolution
Approved claims are replaced or refunded to the original payment method at our discretion.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
