Orders are prepared with temperature-conscious packaging and shipped from the United States.
Processing
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and account verification.
Shipping destinations
We ship within the United States only. All materials ship as dry vials (no cold packs), so P.O. boxes are accepted.
Delivery
Orders ship with tracking. Upon delivery, store products according to the documentation provided.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the selected method. Orders of $250 or more (after discounts) ship Ground free of charge.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to your researcher account when your order ships.
Delays and liability
Weather and carrier delays can affect delivery. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Contact us promptly if your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost.
Undeliverable orders
Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer may be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
